Job description: - Planning, coordination and implementation of 2 lab officers , 1 in Han and 1 in HCMC. - Provide timely test activities. - Pass all international homologation tests and audits. - Maintain the lab equipments in good condition and calibrated - HSE activities - Monitor and coaching 2 lab officers .
 
Qualifications :
Job Requirement: - Background in chemistry - More than 3- 5 years of Successful track record in Lab management. -Demonstrate ability of leading a team to successfully meet client expectations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills -Creative, dynamic and resourceful with good sales and marketing capabilities -Committed with integrity and initiative -Readiness to travel internationally for training purposes
