Job description :
Main Responsibilities:
The post holder will support the provincial and district partners in Ho Chi Minh City and Ca Mau province to plan, implement and monitor the project activities in the selected locations. Reporting to the Project Manager in Ho Chi Minh City office, the post holder will have specific responsibilities related to our HIV prevention work with children and young people, the care and support work with marginalised children as well as child protection system in the 2 provinces. The post holder will be supported by other team members and partners to develop innovative and creative strategies to strengthen the participation of children in all aspects of our work.

Qualifications :
Job Requirement:
University degree in relevant field
At least 3 years experience in community based HIV and AIDS, child protection projects
Understanding and awareness of HIV and AIDS, childrens issues and child protection policies.
Experience in working directly with marginalised children including migrant children and children affected by HIV and AIDS
Knowledge and experience of non-governmental organisations (NGOs)
Presentation, facilitation and training skills
Advanced spoken and written English
Report writing skills
Capacity to work effectively in a team and as an individual
Good computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email
Creative and innovative approach
