Job description :
Key roles and accountabilities:
- Responsible for the technical integrity of analyser equipments, and metering systems.
- Reviews and comments on any change associated with analyzer equipment and metering systems, followed NCSP Management of Change Processes.
- Ensures that systems are tested in accordance with the appropriate regulations, laws and performance standards.
- Ensures the operation, maintenance and re-calibration of fiscal metering systems is in accordance with the regulations and measurement manuals.
- Keeps verifying authorities and Vietnamese authorities appropriately informed.
- Evaluates spare requirements and optimises spares holding for analyser equipment, and metering systems.
- Identifies areas for continuous improvement (CI). Responsible for addressing all CI comments.
- Coaches and develops the instrument technicians to do level 1 support on metering systems. Good cooperation with workshop personnel to support day to day analyzer and metering maintenance activities.
- Acts as level 2 supports on system problems.
- Participates in planned shutdown activities as required. Prepares shutdown workpacks.
- Performs all core analyser and metering maintenance engineering responsibilities as outlined in the annual objectives.
- Produces technical reports such as mis-measurement reports as required.
- Participates in the Emergency Support Team as a technical member according to the Emergency Response Plan.
- Has a basic understanding of the significant environmental impacts from NCSP Operations together with an appropriate knowledge of the environmental management system, policy and procedures.
- Responsible for correctly disposing of all waste they generate and for ensuring waste is correctly identified, segregated and contained.

Qualifications :
Job Requirement:

• Good communication skills, oral and written; team player.
• Pleasant, tidy, careful, honest, dynamic.
• Computer literate, specifically MS. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to quickly learn proprietary computer applications.
• Strong English language skills both oral and written – intermediate level.
• Good numerical skills.
• Basic understanding of Oil and Gas processing and maintenance.
• High competency in analyzer, metering and measurement engineering.
• Having safety knowledge, specifically in Oil and Gas Industry.
• High pressure work environment.
• Working in a multi-group working environment and a multi-cultural company
• Ensuring highest availability and reliability of all metering equipment and systems.
• Complying with the Business and Ethics policies of NCSP.
• University degree in Instrumentation/Automation/Control.
• At least 4 years experience, working in Oil and Gas Industry
• Prefer having the Measurement and Metering Experience.
