* The position holders will be in charge of:
• Manage and guarantee, local transports, and customs operations for export flows.
• Guarantee the Delivery on-time (DOT) and analyze the causes of delay.
• Forecast the activity.
• Manage and measure the performances of service providers (transport and customs).
• Measure and debrief the performance of export activity.
• Guarantee the local charges ( transport and customs), purchase and sales prices.
• Be super user of Transport Management System.

Qualifications :
The ideal candidates should:
• 23 years - old up
• BA or MBA degree.
• Experiences with transport and customs background.
• Be computer literate (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook....);
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with excellent English proficiency (French is a plus);
• Leadership and managerial skills.
• Analytical and problem solving skill.
• Sportive, young, mature, and dynamic person.
• Mobility
• Strong sense of service mind.
