Job Requirement:
Able to prepare local and Western cuisine with creative presentation.
Creative menu planning.
At least 3 5 years experience in similar position in five-star environment.
Good leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to motivate employees and conduct performance appraisals.
Ability to oversee training requirements and develop personnel.
Ability to develop relations with clients and personnel.
Verbal & written communication skills.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position in Hotel of international standard or 4 to 5 star equivalent.
Extremely high level of cookery skills in a modern International and Asian style
Ability to train, lead, motivate a team of local staff to create an extremely fine dining experience
Able to communicate in English (speak and listen)
Fluent in English, other languages highly regarded
Computer literate
Strong team player with a can do attitude
Overall responsibility for weekly & monthly reports to Chef
Hospitality, Responsibility in work
Flexibility & problem solving skills
- Minimum : 6 years experience in a kitchen
Extensive knowledge of International Cuisine
- Preferred : A knowledge of the local market
- Can work under pressure, pleasing personality, polite and courteous
