Job description: * Exhibits creative baking and decorating talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff in preparing quality and consistent pastries for all areas. *Works to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. *Develops and trains team to improve results while maintaining standards. Must ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved.
 
Qualifications :
Job Requirement: • High School Diploma is required or Bachelor Degree is preferred • At least 4 years experience in the same position at similar industry • Good English skills (speaking and reading) • Pastry and Baker Knowledge • Leadership and supervising skills • Developing and building team • Planning and organizing skills • Problem solving/ Decision making skills • Thinking creatively and being proactive
