Job Summary:
To be fully responsible for the management of all Restaurants operations in the Hotel and to maximize the Department’s profitability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.To be responsible for the overall standard of all restaurants, its presentation and service standards.
2.To participate in the preparation of F&B’s strategic, business and marketing plans.
3.To maximize the profitability of the Department through successful promotions and cost control.
4.To assist the F&B Director on day-to-day operations including checking of Food buffets/ala carte for appearance, quality, portion control; and, Beverages for presentation and adhering to standard recipes.
5.To contribute in all menu planning, food promotions, merchandising, pricing, food and beverage training.
6.To perform human resource functions to ensure that the staff are selected and counseled in line with established performance standards.
7. To organize and implement training sessions internally or externally to ensure all service standards are in line with established SOPs and Hotel standards. To ensure that staff are trained and be empowered to effectively respond to guest complaints.
8. To be present at F&B outlets during busy and peak hours and to render assistance where necessary.
9. To assist in maintaining food and beverage cost within the approved cost.

Qualifications :
Job Requirement:
• At least 3 years experience in similar position.
• Graduation from School or College, major in Restaurant/Hospitality
• Fluent in English is a must, fluent in any other language is preferred
• Overseas working experience is a plus
• Charming, outgoing personality, responsible individual & high commitment.
• Communication & organization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
