Job description :
Responsibilities :- * Able to work independently, under pressure and achieve sales quota. * Good network and must be able to look for new clients. * Full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing for new businesses, qualifying, interviewing, extending offers and negotiating compensation packages to shortlisted candidates. * Drive sourcing activities and generate a large pool of potential applicants for various levels of positions according to client’s requirements. * Organize recruitment activities at local colleges or training institutions through career-fairs and road shows. * Conduct focused behavioral interview and apply appropriate selection tools to find the right job-person match. * Any other duties assigned to her from time to time.

Qualifications :
Requirements :- * Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. * At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in an IT industry environment. * Minimum 2 years working experience, preferably in the Recruitment Agency, Executive Search firm and IT recruitment firm. * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Proactive, self starter, enthusiastic personality * Positive and pleasant attitude with the ability to work independently * Able to work in a dynamic environment and a team player. * Global/International cultural exposure.
