Who drives and motivates a team of approximately 30 staff, maintains high culinary standards and a natural leader placing emphasis on team work, instilling pride and sense of belonging to a winning team and able to train and develop local employees.

Qualifications :
Job Requirement:
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position in Hotel of international standard or 4 to 5 star equivalent.
• Creative menu planning;
• Extremely high level of cookery skills in a modern International and Asian style
• Fluency in English, Other languages highly regarded (French and Vietnamese in particular)
• Ability to train, lead motivate a team of local staff to create an extremely fine dining experience.
• Computer literacy.
