Job Description:
1. Manage all aspects of one or more full-service food and beverage outlet(s) on a daily basis and coordinate special events. Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
2. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
- Supervisor position: Assistant Food & Beverage Director
- Working hours: 48 hours per week

Qualifications :
Job Requirement:
• Hotel Vocational Certificate
• University/ College Diploma
• Must be computer literate
• Is familiar with the Hotel Computer Management System.
• At least 2 years experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager.
• 2 years experience in a similar position in a five star environment.
• Proven management abilities, leadership, motivated and organizational abilities
• Fluent in English. Extra languages is preferred
• Can work under pressure, pleasing personality, polite and courteous
