	Job description : Responsibilities :- * To work for an international manufacturing company * To report to the expatriate Director in overall HRM & HRD management, with a strong focus at the global level * To manage HR & administration team and lead the team to achieve corporate objectives * To improve executive compensation package for worldwide offices & improve overall HRD function * To oversee HR function in other worldwide offices * 5 days work week * Housing allowance & travel expenses will be provided

	Qualifications : Requirements :- * Male / Female, aged 35+, with a degree in any related field. Master's Degree / MBA & overseas education would be a plus * 8+years experience in both HRM & HRD, with 3+yr experience at the Regional or Global level a MUST * Previous experience in the development of high level executive compensation package a MUST * Must have knowledge of local labor laws . * Expatriates with knowledge / exposure to Thai labor law & currently working in Thailand are welcomed to apply * Excellent communication skills in English * Able to work in Lamphun province
