Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of human resources management including Recruitment, Development, Employee Relations and Compensation & Benefit including general HR administration.
• Revise and develop manpower planning and organization structure, rules and regulations, HR practice, salary structure, recruitment process, compensation & benefits program, development program and other HR strategies

Qualifications :
Qualifications:
• Age between 30-42 years
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in full function of HR
• Mature, professional and a team player
• Open and adaptable, result-oriented and committed
• Fluent in spoken, written English and computer literacy
