Job description :
Responsibilities:
* Construct the recruitment and selection strategies
* Manage and control recruitment systems and processes to ensure efficient provision of employment within the appropriate timeframe
* Conduct competency-based interviews, test, and other related activities
* Generate the candidate database, and search or initiative contact with possibly qualified candidates for specifics job openings in a timely manner
* Develop recruitment programs, budgets and collateral to attract applicants and to fill specific job openings
* Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
