Qualifications Required:
* Male or Female, Age between 28-35 years old
* Bachelor/Master degree in Sciences, HRM, MBA, IT, Applied Statistics, Information Systems or other related fields
* 5 years experience with HR/Resources Planning and Management
* 3 Years experience with Tele communication, IT, Call Center
* Understand with Call Center Environment and Customer Service Function
* Acknowledge in call center technologies and IT related with Customer Management
* Understand with HR Concept such as HR Planning, HR management and development, Performance management etc.
* Experience of managing a small team of experts to produce accurate and timely Information
* Proven analytical management with numerical skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills and PC literacy
* Excellent Project Management, time management, Confidentiality and discretion, Report writing and leadership
