RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for all aspects of engineering activities for tasks assigned, from conceptual design to documentation generation
Policy Design and Standardization
Employee Relations
Employee Engagement
Implementation of Staffing, Training, C&B initiatives in conjunction with Centers of Excellence
Benefit Administration
Management Resource Review for 2nd/3rd level deployment
Union Management (working with Labor COE/manage Positive Employee Relations survey results
Talent Retention Strategy - "broker" talent job moves between Strategic Business Units and Strategic Business Groups
Performance Management
Business Conduct Investigations
Due Diligence
Census Management
Understanding legal requirements and implementation for the country
Communication
Other project work as assigned

Qualifications :
EDUCATION
MS or MBA degree with a concentration in Human Resources, Organization Development, Training or related discipline and 4 years of professional HR experience
or
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources, Organization Development, Training, or related discipline and 6 years of professional HR experience.

Experience :
EXPERIENCE / SKILL
No supervisory/managerial duties, we need someone whos not too focus on administrative work but able to think on his/her feet
Experience covering a wide range of HR functions (i.e. employee relations, staffing, compensation management, affirmative action, organization development, training, change management, employee advocacy and business partnership)
HR experience in manufacturing environment
Should have demonstrated experience in managing employees at remote sites
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to evaluate, analyze and resolve complex problems
Project management skills
Excellent written/oral communication & presentation skills
Ability to work in a team environment under minimum supervision
Ability to adapt to pressure of project work
Willing to travel on short assignment in upcountry
