Job description :
Role & Responsibilities :-
* As HR Expert serves the organization in development and application of expertise in the full range of the HR arena to support the organization and business direction;
* Directs and oversees the district-wide organizational learning development; directs the design, development, implementation, integration and assessment of initiatives including organizational change, organizational analysis, training programs and courses;
* Applies organizational development principle to design and links to performance competency models;
* Diagnoses and applies HR interventions to support the achievement of the business target;
* Adapts and uses information technology to HR management and to enhance service delivery.
