Job Description
Planning and execution of managerial accounting function by analyze branches' performance and business environments in dept in comparison with bank's direction and policy, business plan and KPI as well as raise concerns to unit head/supervisor/related parties in timely manner.
Monitor overseas branches actual performance versus business plan to identify key successes and failures to develop new strategy or revise business plan if necessary.
Keep management alert on comparative performance and ensure the support from management is sufficient and within a timely manner.
Develop tools for efficient and effective monitoring and analysis to support management decisions, including but not limited to Client Pipeline Report, KPI Monitoring Report and Funding Coordination.
