Job description :
We are looking for the talent person, who is an enthusiasm, customer & solution oriented. The Business Development manager will direct report to Sales & Marketing Director, he/she has ability to manage project sales and be able to work as a team. DETAILS :- * Assist in the development and implementation of new marketing strategies and tactics for Dietary Supplement Market. * Analyse product mix to propose new ways to exploit new niches. * Review each major market/products by current status, overall segment trends and potential growth * Identify candidates for strategic partnering initiatives. * Provide and coordinate marketing support for the introduction of both existing and new lines of products. * Identify, within segments, niches in which our company may be able to develop and expand the use of existing product line. * Interaction with Sales Teams, and R&D * Review trade journals, reports, etc. to keep abreast of new product development * Identify key competitive strengths and weaknesses to enhance our company’s competitive advantages.

Qualifications :
Candidate Qualification :- * Male or Female, age between 32-38 years * Bachelor Degree in Pharmacist, Science and or Business, Master degree would be an advantage * At least 5 years experience in related filed, prefer in Dietary supplement, Pharmaceutical and or health care business * Having Business experience in Strategic Business Planning, Dietary Market, Marketing Development and/or other strategic marketing positions * Must have project management experience in developing and implementing the introduction of new lines of products or new technologies to marketplace. * Must be willing to travel 60 to 70 %, and working under stand alone environment * Good command of all using English * Computer literacy in MS office Word& Excel, e-mail
