Job description :- * Work with Top Management to drive the company's growth and daily operational effectiveness. * Assist in developing and implementing an aggressive business plan. * Develop new business opportunities and manage existing clients. * Provide Market information and measure business opportunities. * Communication channel between customer/client and all Related teams * Convert clients business requirements to opportunities * Present and Demonstrate company’s solutions to target customers. * Lead Team for all activities in the presale state. * Prepare, Lead and control the project plans to make sure that all tasks will be deliverables on targets. * Provide a full range of insurance application software support to clients.

Qualifications :
Qualifications :- * Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business Administrative, Accounting, Computer Science or related fields * At least 5 years experience in Non-Life Insurance Career * At least 2 years in Project Management * Good customer services and interpersonal communication skills are required skills * Problem solving, analytical thinking, service management are mandatory skills * Strong Outsource knowledge plus management experience is an advantage * Ability to communicate in English
