Job description :
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage, control and supervise the sales team (both TT and MT channels)
* Control the operating expenses in line with the budget.
* Establish sales strategies and plans for assigned products
* Develop and implement sales activities for all products in line with marketing
* Supervise and control over 100 sales staff and Managers and ensure all sales/margin targets are achieved.
* Conduct market research to evaluate market situation and advise marker potential
* Develop, implement and review sales plans to increase market share
* Works closely with the accounting on inventory and A/R of the business

Qualifications :
QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in sales of FMCG products a MUST
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field, MBA will be preferable
* At least 15 years of practical sales experience, over 40 years old
* Familiar with the business, market situation, competitors
* Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation and planning skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
* Result oriented, strategic thinker and team player
* Fluency in English
