Qualifications :-
* Candidates with working experience in Phuket are encouraged to apply
* Over 10 years of hotel experience in the management positions
* Currently holding position as General Manager or Resident Manager is advantage
* Background in the hotel operations
* Ability to delegate where required and must work as a partner with top management in developing a strategic direction and driving excellence
* Possess exceptional people skills, young and energetic characters with an excellent working track record
* High energy level, and to be able to meet and manage deadlines and motivate employees to excel in a competitive environment
* Good command of English- writing, speaking and listening.
* Able to work with the hotel’s owners
