Chief Financial Officer , Bangkok, Thailand

Job description :
The Chief Financial Officer will take responsibility for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the Company’s business and provide leadership and coordination in the business planning, accounting and budgeting efforts of the company. Essential functions : * Development and implementation of finance-related procedures and processes * Confers with the BOD and MD to coordinate and prioritize planning * Directs the timely and accurate preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, tax returns and reports for government regulatory agencies * Overseeing the Accounting departments, budget preparation and audit functions * Reviews reports to analyze projections of sales and profit against actual figures, budgeted expenses against final totals and suggesting methods of improvement * Analyzing company operations to pinpoint opportunities and areas that need to be reorganized, down-sized or eliminated

Qualifications :
* Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Corporate Finance, Business Administration or other related discipline. CPA is preferred.

Experience :
* Minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, cost benefit analysis, and tax preparation. Board experience would be an advantage. * Strong knowledge of IFRS procedures, as well as compliance to SET and SEC. * Experience in listing internationally. * Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Computer literate * Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
