Job description :
Our client is multinational manufacturing company Responsibilities within this role: • Plan & manage production to fully utilize the relevant resources like machine, manpower and raw materials • Monitor & inspect production process to ensure compliances to the delivery schedules • Plan and manage quality assurance system by controlling of inspection of raw material, in-process products, finished products & measuring instruments to comply with the required standards/specifications • Consistently improve & develop people, process, machinery to ensure low-cost manufacturing operations • Cooperate with other concerned departments to ensure smooth production operations

Qualifications :
This position requires: • Age 35-45 years old • Bachelor of Engineering or Science in Industrial, Mechanic, Electrical or other related fields • At least 10 years experiences in production management at international companies with at least 5 years in the managerial position • Good knowledge in quality system, QC tools, statistical techniques, problem solving techniques & continuous improvement programs • Strong leader with sound management skills • Good English & computer skills
