Our client is manufacturer and distributor of engineered steel products. Moreover, their business is in area of supplying and servicing of industrial machinery. Job Descriptions: 1. Inventory Control – Overall inventories will be under your responsibility, including: • Control of inventories level to be in line with Management targets, and the review of stock price variance vs. standard/current cost variance. • Organization and leading of monthly meeting with other department (Production, Planning and Purchase, engineering, QA/QC to report to Operation Director. 2. Overall Costing Preparation, Analysis report and proposal of corrective actions: • Prepares monthly cost report by model and analyses variances • Coordinates the preparation of costing of new or special products for establishing selling prices, production forecasts and inventory valuation. Keep costing of existing products up-to-date • Reviews non-systematic transaction to correct transaction base on costing logic. • Propose to management monthly analytical job costing report. • Liaise with Planning and Purchasing Manager, Production Manager to correct significant issue. • Reviews overall transactions of stock and job costing. 3. Control and proposal: • Analyzes changes in production design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, or services provided, to determine effects on costs. • Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic report comparing standard costs to actual production costs. • Analyzes audits of costs and prepares reports. • Performs statistical analyses to determine trends, estimates and significant changes. 4. Systems and Procedures: • Coordinate with Internal audit to implement recommendation and findings. • Draws to Management’s attention any breaches in procedures, and ensures strict application of procedures. • Liaise with other department and propose ERP utilization improvements.
