Senior Quality Engineer

Job description :
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : (Include special duties and responsibilities) * Set up the audit plan for all material supplier * Perform the periodic audit at suppliers and drive the corrective action * Help suppliers to improve the parts quality * Ensure the process capability and statistical control process in place at suppliers * Respond the total quality of parts produced at suppliers * Monitoring the in process and outgoing quality of the parts produced at suppliers * Advise the Quality Supervisor and the contractors related with the quality inspection function * Involve the quality strategy set up * Involve the in process inspection procedure * Special works/assignments
 
Qualifications :
QUALIFICATIONS : (Include education, technical expertise, skills and experience required) * Electrical/Computer/Industrial Engineering degree plus 5-8 years experience in related field * High volume / high mix electronic parts production experience is also a strong plus * Good statistical knowledge / experience * Good Quality Engineering management experience * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Preferably fluent in English and Mandarin * Willing to work hard, and be able to travel * Good relationship and be able to work as a team * Good creative / initiative thinking * Always positive thinking to the company and co-workers * Dynamic / active person
