Job description :
Primary Functions:
*
Lead the validation protocols and perform validation, revalidation of all process, product and equipment existing and new to the plant. Ensure that the protocol is written to cover all the requirements.
*
Lead to all new products introducing to the plant is meeting the entire quality requirement.
*
Lead the weekly meeting and summarize the QA meeting
*
Establish and maintain specification and agreement contract for material.
*
Maintain and control the supplier quality and execute the supplier audit as per the plan. Audit and maintain quality of supplier.
*
Responsible in ensuring a highly motivated quality team through team building and conduct of all quality personnel through exemplary behaviour.
*
Ensure that all company rules, regulation, environment health and safety complied by all employees.
*
Customer visit and Improvement in plant.
*
Control Packing –Labelling.
*
To report the goal and achievement for QA Department, QA Corporate and Plant KPI.
