Job description :
Key Business Accountabilities:
* Operate and manage end-to-end logistics service for Hewlett Packard Finished goods, ranging from Air, Ocean, and Truck mode of transportation, custom clearance, warehouse management and delivery
* Work closely with HP country logistics manager to monitor and manage the incoming shipment from Air, Ocean, and Truck mode from overseas
Responsibilities:
* Prepare significant information such as incoming shipment in pipeline, ranging from origin, customs clearance, warehouse staging, delivery and POD to HP logistics manager and participate in warroom report and meeting with HP’s regional team in the month-end period
* Analyze total logistics spending on monthly basis, finding out causes for any expenditure increases
* Escalate any difficulties or problem regarding to end- to-end logistics to regional team in order to find the solution
* Support data of HP product to warehouse/CS team for appointment making report and billing process
* Provide the solution and shipping instruction to shipping team for customs clearance process
* Follow up with HP Finance for any pending invoices
* Contact with HP counterparts or end-users fro any customs clearance and delivery issues
* Perform ad-hoc assignment as requested

Qualifications :
Qualifications:
* Male or female, age 27 - 33 years .
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any fields preferred in Logistics or Business
* 3 – 5 years experiences in Air Freight operation, logistics and supply chains management
* Excellent command of spoken and written in English and computer literacy
* Experience in 3PL and expose to the international environment
