Supply Chain Manager , Rayong, Thailand

Job description :
Responsibilities :- * To lead and manage a team member consists of sourcing, purchasing, planning, warehouse and logistics function * Monitor and control inventory level; optimizing whole supplier chain process at most cost effective approach * Source, negotiate, develop new local supplier and secure material in accordance with product requirement * Excellent material and production planning; optimizing machines, manpower and factory resources * Maintaining procedures and guidelines for purchasing policies, in accordance with the company corporate standards * Supervise, lead and developing a successful work team

Qualifications :
Qualifications :- * Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or any relevant discipline * Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in Manufacturing environment * In depth experience in establishing SCM System; Sourcing, New Supplier Development, Pricing Negotiation, Review of Supplier Contractual Agreement, Production Planning, Warehousing and Logistics Management * Experience in handling and processing BOI, Import & Export, interfacing with shipping agent and forwarder * Resourceful, analytical, independent and good team player; strong follow up and good interpersonal and communication skill * Knowledge in plastics injection molding will be advantage * Computer literacy; SAP, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Words * Good command of English
