Qualifications :
The brief qualifications are:
* Any nationality, but is authorized to work in Thailand
* Aged 40+
* Bachelor's Degree in any related field, an MBA would be a plus
* Minimum 10 years of retail management experience, preferably in an-international retail environment with at least 5 years spent in senior-management positions responsible for the profit and lost of operations
* Knowledgeable of franchise operations and issues would be a plus
* Excellent conceptual retail, analytical and strategic thinking skills
* Versatile and hands-on with good communications and strong people management skills
* Commercially astute, profit driven and a strong leader with a track record of delivering success through teamwork
* Computer literate
* Good command of English.
