Requirements: * Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification * At least 10 years working experience in related field * Possess knowledge of Primavera or Microsoft Project software

Requirements : * Degree in Civil / Construction Engineering. * Minimum 5 years' relevant site experience. * With design experience.

Key Responsibilities: * To supervise, check technical works and advise technical design solutions in different activities related to water storm/sewage drainage structures, retention ponds, roads, street lightings, land filling, surveying and related elements in development sites. * Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines. * Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities: • Responsible for project scheduling, coordination, execution and budgetary control. • Participate in reviewing tenders, contracts and other relevant documents. • Liaise with government authorities and other regulatory bodies to ensure approvals are obtained timely. • Liaise and work closely with consultants and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Requirements: * Minimum Certificate in civil engineering or relevant * Minimum 2 years work experience in construction / building work * Able to organize work at site and coordinate with sub-contractors * Supervise and inspect job sites in accordance to work specification * Good communication & interpersonal skill
