+ Managing a portfolio of accounts, usually the agency's largest accounts, for major high-profile clients and top business leaders;
+ Dealing with all aspects of a campaign;
+ Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate revenue;
+ Leading and training other members of the account team;
+ Managing the work of account executives;
+ Leading project management activity;
+ Ensuring necessary actions are undertaken by the account team;
+ Building a 'territory';
+ Achieving sales targets;
+ Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives;
+ Attending client meetings;
+ Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients; completing administrative work, as required

Qualifications :
This position requires:
+ Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or any related field with tracked records of account managements
+ Minimum 5-7 years of experiences with agency in account management
+ Be knowledgeable of branding, brand advertising/ management, mass media or consumer marketing concepts
+ Excellent command of English
+ Computer Literate (All MS Office programs)
+ Good Looking and good thinking
+ Energetic, innovative and self-motivated team player
+ Well-organized with multi-tasking, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, problem solving, and leadership skills
+ Be able to travel to meet clients off-site
