Job description :
Qualification:
• Advanced degree(Masters, PhD or MD) in a related field and extensive clinical research experience including at least 7 years in the life sciences in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company, a CRO, or other relevant clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of GCP and local and international regulatory requirements
• Ability for the line management of the clinical operation team including recruitment, training, managing and motivating a dynamic team of clinical professionals.
• Operational performance measurement experience with international collaboration experience Label
