Responsibilities within this role:
To develop the Bangkok International Operations Platform as the flagship centre in service excellence and innovation for Indochina (Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar) Region
To manage and be commercially responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Operations Department, whilst ensuring positive liaison arrangements with the Coordinating Doctors Team in particular and other International Departments and external clients in a hands on proactive manner
To ensure the team is adequately skilled to achieve Alarm Center Standards, Case Quality Management and Medical Transport Standards for the provision of the highest quality services, meeting the needs of internal and external customers
To act as the key representative for the Operations Platform in communication with other Alarm Centres, clients and providers
To ensure fulfilment of all client-specific Service Level Agreements/ Contracts both internally and externally, using the most cost effective and efficient means appropriate. To ensure regular tracking of all clients KPIs
To provide each staff member with sufficient support to enable them to focus on the operational outcomes
To work with the Medical Director, Regional Medical and Operations Managers to ensure a seamless service in aspects of both medical and operational excellence, promoting involvement of medical team as appropriate
To take overall responsibility for all complaints and be proactive in ensuring that all complains are handled in a professional and timely manner utilising a pre-defined Complaints Procedure. Follow-up to ensure that identified gaps are actioned on to prevent reoccurrence of the errors

Qualifications :
This position requires:
Minimum BA in any field included but not restricted to hotel, hospitality, logistics, medical.
5 years of managerial experience of a team of 15 staff members
Proven and optimum records of excellence in Service Delivery
Proven achievements in change management
Strong in timely problem solving and decision making
Strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Good command of English
