Job Description:
* To provide a focal point for an existing team dealing with a range of planning and socio-economic issues.
* The candidate may come from a planning or economic background but should have a broad knowledge base to enable them to support team members in each area.
* To contribute to conducting a range of impact assessments, mainly for Thailand-based projects and policies, including health impact assessments, equality impact assessments and socio-economic impact assessments.
* To provide socio-economic research input to policy research projects.
* To deputies for the lead consultant in internal meetings, conferences and seminars.

Qualifications :
Qualifications:-
* Graduated with Master Degree of Social Science, Social Development or related field.
* Some experience with EIA, public participation and attitude survey
* English skills, both speaking and writing
* Competent with MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS
* Able to work upcountry
