Summary:-
Lead a group of quality Assurance Specialists assigned to software projects. The successful candidate will report to the QA Manager.
Responsibilities:-
* Responsibilities include: establish, track and maintain the software testing project plan and schedule;
* Facilitate team members to achieve its goals by providing objective guidance;
* Manage and coach team members to design and implement Bizware product tests and systems tests (both software and hardware) in accordance with Bizware testing standards;
* Produce system drawings (network, configuration, as-build drawings);
* Develop software test plans from functional specifications, include testing and creating documentation process; and ensure the Bizware' products and systems under your responsibility are backed up and recovery tested and have a current and tested Business Continuity Plan.

Qualifications :
Education/Skills Required:-
* Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields
* 3-5 years' experience in project and staff management, and 2-5 years' experience in structured software testing methodologies
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
* Nice to Haves: C#, Magic (preferred)/Delphi, Visual Basic/Oracle Developer/Windows or Web development experience, and Oracle/SQL database managements, etc.
* Initiative and willingness to learn; a team player
* Very good communications, coordinating, and human relations skills
* Energetic and able to work in dynamic environments
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills
* Great enthusiasm and communication in obtaining results
* Able to travel overseas occasionally
