Job Description: • Conduct training and presentation to prospects and distributors on company business opportunities and products • Design, implement and consistently improve appropriate, duplicable training formats (both basic and advance modules) and materials • Evaluate and follow up on distributors' progress to provide timely motivation, guidance and support for their business growth • Co-ordinate with other team members in planning monthly schedules for road-shows and opportunity meetings throughout Malaysia

Requirements: • Beauty Certificate of CIDESCO / CIBTAC • At least 1-2 years experience in beauty industry • Working experience in sales & marketing will be an advantage • Capable of working under pressure and for extra hours • Able to Communicate in written & spoken English, Mandarin & Malay • Ability to work independently and proactively • Male or female who is self-motivated and with pleasant personality • Willing to travel
