New resort in Hua Hin is now seeking applicants for the position of Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will oversee Food production, planning, implementing and maintaining a high quality of food and standards in the kitchen and service areas and supervise a team of kitchen professionals. The Executive Chef will also be responsible for 3 restaurant outlets including the implementation of a new signature outlet. |

Qualifications :
• Must be experienced in Thai, European and Asian cuisines
• Able to communicate in English writing and speaking.
• Able to contact with all levels in the hotel and with the hotel guests.
• Well-groomed and outgoing personality.
• Creative and innovative, self driven, with strong leadership skills.
• Hands on approach and in the outlets during operation hours
• 3-5 years experience in same or similar position
