Job description :
Duties and Responsibilities :- 1. Directly responsible for F&B areas ensure a smooth operation Profit operation in an agreed time frame and budget. 2. Responsible to maintain overall welfare of Staff. 3. Develop and enforce standards, policies and procedures in F&B areas. 4. Develop, monitor and take corrective action of annual operating budgets of controllable costs, progress report and P&L statement. 5. Support an effective training program. 6. Assist with the creation of Food and Beverage Concepts & Interior Design Brief. This includes and is not limited to: table toppings and specification of flatware and chinaware, furniture and FF&E and menu presentations. 7. To work in all aspects of kitchen design layouts and specifications and M&E related to Food and Beverage areas. 8. To co ordination from the finance dept. of all F&B budgets. 9. Working in conjunction with the MIS at Minor, establish all IT requirements and specifications for Food and Beverage areas. 10. Remain current with all operational Food and Beverage SOP’s and ensures that the manual are updated accordingly within a Food and Beverage scope. 11. Should remain current and up to date with all new Food and Beverage practices, trends and design directions as well. i.e. outward focused. 12. Food Safety – ensure all property teams are fully fluent in all food safety procedures as per SOP and self audits and direct certification classes as required with the assistance from the Group Training Director to meet needs of the hotels. 13. New Food and Beverage Concepts – assist existing food operators with the execution of new menu and design to ensure concept integrity and significantly improve guest experience, revenues and profits. 14. Food & Beverage Operations – Set new initiatives and promotions and food operators teams with the successful implementation of all initiatives and programs. 15. Co ordinate all Food and Beverage Promotions with VP and with Marcom in existing hotels and ensure productive implementation with plans and actions and establish measurement tools to measure the successes thus initiating revenue driving initiatives for F&B areas. 16. Play role in continually developing and attracting new diverse, high-caliber talent that make a strong positive impact on the organization. 17. New Openings/Conversions/Existing Properties – assist with task force when required to do so.
 
Qualifications :
Qualifications :- 1. Male or female age 35 years old up (Expatriate) 2. Only expatriate who have been working in Thailand 3. At least Bachelor’s Degree in any related fields 4. At least 5 years of experience in hospitality management 5. Good command of English (speaking & writing) 6. Good command of using computer 7. Posses marketing mind 8. Strong personality and leadership skills 9. Service-minded and positive attitude 10. Strong communication skills 11. At least Bachelor Degree in F&B Business Management or any related fields 12. At Least 5 years experience in management of F&B 13. Excellence knowledge/ experience in food / retail business 14. Experience with budgets, P&L statements, capital expenditures and forecasting 15. Knowledge of standards or food safety and sanitation audits 16. Strong skill in driving for results 17. Strong in people management and development
 
Experience :
Profile and Qualification :- Successful candidate should possess operational, knowledge and experience and demonstrate strong leadership and relationship skills as follows : A professional requiring significant knowledge and experience in one or more disciplines and/or business operations as well as associate and/or organizational management experience. 5 years progressive work experience in the hotel industry with focus in F&B Operations. Proven experience in writing and conceptualizing Food and Beverage Concepts, contracts, presentation/public speaking skills, International SOP’s, pre opening and operations budgets are essential. College degree and/or relevant experience required.
