* Study market needs in order to define business objectives
* Coordinate with the enzyme research division, and managing all processes and procedures within kitchen
* Assist and develop information for the use of internet marketing for enzyme and restaurant business
* Take responsibility for assets management for all property, facilities and machineries
* Support the development of the cuisine concept of being “green”, “healthy” and “going vegetarian”
* Prepare and manage all food processes for the vegetarian business, enzyme seminar and periodical gatherings/meetings/TV advertising activities

Qualifications :
Requirements :
* Male/Female, age between 30 ~ 45 years old
* College or culinary school degree or higher in any related field
* At least 5 years of experience and background as an executive chef or Chef de Cuisine in 4 ~ 5 star hotel/restaurant
* Good team player and dynamic leadership skills, with strong ability to get along with Thai staffs
* Must possess strong enthusiasm in cooking
* Good skills in making Asian, Thai and European cuisine, but limited only vegetarian food
* Deep knowledge in the market needs and ability to shape corporate policies and target
* Strong discipline and high hygiene standards in all work places, but easy going
