Job description :
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide customers with friendly and professional multi-channel communication during every inbound transaction and enquiry
* Provide customers with accurate information based on their needs
* Identify and act on selling opportunities to retain revenue, whilst providing suitable solutions to customers' requirements
* Deal with booking exceptions and/or with cross-location booking calls/emails in a productive and high quality manner
* Ensure transactional information and system entries are completed in an accurate, complete and timely manner
* Proactively investigate potential service failures and liaise with other departments in order to determine impact on the customer needs based on the service selected
* Proactively take actions, where applicable, to solve service issues
* Contact customers when service issues may affect delivery commitments and understands customer needs in order to recommend appropriate solutions
* Ensure that solutions meet customers and business needs
