Job description :
Reporting to the Managing Director and being part of the Senior Management Team, you will be responsible:
Providing clear leadership, coaching and support
Regional responsibility of financial reporting/analysis and performance of the regional offices; travelling within the region is expected
Actively engage Department Heads to facilitate monitoring of actual performance vs targets
Responsible for strong internal controls to ensure high integrity of the financial information
Responsible for statutory reports, tax, budgeting and forecasting; accurate and timely financial reporting to corporate finance
Treasury and cash-flow management including Company Secretarial/Government matters

Qualifications :
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Accountancy, CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
Min 8 years of relevant working experience in Finance and/or Accounting
Experience in auditing would be an added advantage
Strong knowledge of IFRS & FRS accounting standards & possess strong analytical skills
Experienced user of ERP system, strong IT knowledge is an added advantage
Good interpersonal and organizational skills with strong ability to proactively deal with senior management
Strong leadership coupled with hands-on-attitude
Self motivated, self disciplined and highly result orientated
Ability to work with ambiguity and lack of structure
Have an amicable, proactive and collaborative approach
