Job description :

Manage and review sales activities through regular analysis and reports
*
Achieve a culture of commitment for the team of Financial Consultants
*
Motivate team to hit and exceed their sales targets
*
Assist in development of sales incentives at the department and agency level
*
Responsible for the recruitment, promotion and retention of agency leaders, associate managers and financial advisors by working closely with HR and recruitment agency
*
Develop and maintain positive working and business relationships with internal and external customers
*
Managing and driving the implementation of process improvements including observing regulatory and company's compliance standards by agency leaders, associate managers and financial advisors is another key responsibility
*
Conduct team meetings and training sessions to strengthen sales processes (e.g. closing of sales, handling of objections, building rapport, etc.)
