Within their 4 main business unit, the IT Global Services (ITGS) business is currently recruiting talented professionals. The ITGS is in charge of providing consulting services related to managing IT risks. ITGS helps large organisations improve the efficiency of their IT-related processes and systems, assuring the safety and integrity of business critical operations and maximising returns on IT investment in support of business goals. From strategy through to implementation and beyond, they support their clients prioritise and implement improvements in the following areas: Software and System Process Improvement, System Safety and Information Security, IT Architecture and Information Management, Knowledge Management.
In order to further develop its activities in Asia, they are looking for experienced IT and Software professionals to strengthen its capabilities in the following competence areas:
• System and Software Process Improvement
• Real-time/Embedded System Engineering and Safety
• Industrial Information Systems
It is expected that candidates have at least a bachelor degree and a minimum of 5 years professional experience in IT, with at least 3 years in the relevant area of competence. Combining more than one of the competences is obviously a plus. Training and coaching in ITGS consulting services delivery methods and tools will be provided. |

Qualifications :
Various positions are available according to candidate experience and competences:
• Consultant: 5+ years experience in System and Software Engineering and/or IT Project management, good communication skills (both oral and written)
• Senior consultant: 10+ years experience, 3-5 years experience in one specific competence area required, autonomous, good communication, business development aware, innovative and solution oriented.
• Expert Consultant: 5+ years experience in one competence area, expertise level in a specific field (i.e. CMMI, system/software architecture, safety, embedded systems, exploitation management systems, PLM, etc.), technical leadership, knowledge sharing oriented.
• Principal Consultant : 15+ professional experience, 5-10 in IT intensive systems projects, 5+ as a consultant, good general knowledge level in competence areas above, strong customer focus and business development capabilities, good business network and relationships in ITGS targeted markets (i.e. Bank and Finance, Oil & Gas, Telecom, Automotive), management and leadership capabilities
