Job Qualifications: • Lawyer with 1 - 3 years of work experience • Familiar with corporate law, a background in finance is a plus • Analytical and detail-oriented • Flexible and can work under pressure with minimal supervision • Team-player • Impeccable written and spoken English language skills • Available immediately

Major Responsibilities: • Assists in drafting/ reviewing contracts, policies, legal papers and correspondences. • Provides legal research for rendering of legal opinion, legal updates and legal representation • Prepares status report of pending / current transactions or tasks handled • Takes responsibility of representation or liaison with different agencies, administrative bodies and courts required • Prepares project status and research report on a weekly basis

Qualifications: • Reports to the Corporate Governance Committee. • Responsible for implementing the bank’s Compliance Program. • With at least 5 years banking experience that includes preparation of annual work programme, control of compliance risks and must appear before BSP and/or SEC upon summon. • Must be knowledgeable on bank laws / regulations & audit principles. • Results-driven, articulate and can relate to people at all levels.

Responsibilities: * Shall handle legal requirements and resources necessary for delinquent accounts * Will develop strategies and procedures required for collection cases * Will develop contacts and relationships necessary for delinquent client cases * Will document case updates
