Responsibilities:
* Participate in design, installation, maintenance of network problems and Internet solutions
* Provide Support for daily network and infrastructure operations to ensure continuous connectivity
* Resolution of technical problems and participate in projects like migration / upgrades / audits / setup

Qualifications :
You should meet the following requirements:-
* Min Dip in Computer Studies / Information Technology / Data networking
* At least 2 year of experience in Network support in LAN / WAN technologies
* Good experience Cisco products (Switches / Routers) and also familiar with frame rely, Ethernet, ISDN, Broadband, Internet platforms, Network protocols
* Experience in network implementation, operational support and monitoring
* Certification in CCNA preferred
* Able to provide support for overseas users
* Good knowlegde or experience in UNIX / Windows Operating Systems
* Experience in VOIP will be advantageous
* Open to perform shift duties
* Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
* Good working attitude
