Qualifications :
The position requires the following:
* 3-5 years experience with a civil construction contractor working on $20m+ projects
* With previous Project Engineering experience on Large Civil Infrastructure Engineering projects, preferably on precast flyover, road and bridge construction.
* Possess strong communication skills, coupled with superior time management and organizational skills.
* Basic budget and cost reporting, contracts administration, progress reporting and civil engineering experience.
* Ability to effectively run subcontractor meetings and manage subcontractor relationships.
* Must have completed your Civil Engineering Degree in Singapore or be a registered Resident Engineer.
