Tech Support Engineer

Job description :
Job Scope 1) Technical support (Main bulk of work) a. Understand and respond regarding issues reported by customers b. Solve technical issues (assigned project) c. Liaise with marketing and sales team to solve the issues d. Documentation. 2) System solutions a. Design and develop the system solutions to support sales in Hardware/Software to the assigned projects b. Prepare demo systems for LCD panels and other devices(LED Lighting, Solar etc). c. Ensure that design complies with the requirements specification and meet the highest quality d. Ensure that projects on schedule 3) Others a. Learn the principles of the application system design. (on-the-job) b. Project documentation (Technical report / Project report) c. Source materials needed for the product ready solution
 
Qualifications :
Requirement Male, mid-20 to mid-30 Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (2-3 years experience, not open to fresh grad)
