Job Overview: * To oversee the technical work of the dept * Manage the operations of equipment and ensure meeting the daily delivery of testing services * Provide leadership and supervise day to day activities in the dept * Provide direct supervision to employees * Ensure regulatory compliance * Perform technical assignments and testing * Conduct technical training and career development of staff as needed * Locum position also available
 
Qualifications :
The Essential Requirements: * Min. BSc Degree in Biology/ Chemistry/ Medical Technology or Lifescience * Min. 5 to 7 years of solid laboratory experience from Hospital for Lab Supervisor position * Candidate who possesses multi-disciplinary exposure is an added advantage (Haematology, Biochemistry & Histology) * Prior supervisory or Management experience is crucial * For locum position, able to commit in the morning session for 6 days work week
