Job description :
Senior Consultant (Psychologist)
You will lead in the provision of Organisation Development (OD) solutions to clients in the public service and be responsible for the design and deployment of talent assessment and leadership development solutions. You will also provide leadership in process consulting and active research in OD methodologies, with the aim of providing best-of-class consulting practices to the public organisations in Singapore. You will engage with senior level executives in strategic conversations relating to the management of talent within the Public Service, assist public sector clients in defining, sourcing and implementing appropriate selection and talent management strategies. You will also lead in projects related to the provision of leadership development solutions to public sector clients.

Qualifications :
You should have:
• Ability to work independently and effectively with leaders at all levels of management
• Experience in leading teams and project management
• Previous experience with talent management, particularly in the area of leadership development
• Good Degree (Masters preferred) from a recognised university in Organisational Development/Behaviour, Human Resources Management or Industrial/Organisational Psychology with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in delivery of organisational development/talent and leadership development solutions, ideally in a consulting capacity with mid to large organisations
