Responsibilities
These include ward pharmacy, retail pharmacy, clinical nutrition, intravenous admixture service, oncology pharmacy, drug and poison information, anticoagulant clinic and specialised medication counselling services in the areas of cancer, diabetes, asthma, stroke and anticoagulation.

Qualifications :
The Requirements
• Registered pharmacist with at least 1-2 years of working experience in a hospital OR possess a Degree that is recognised by and can be registered with Singapore Pharmacy Board.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare workers.
• Willing to take on challenges, be innovative and well motivated to apply and share knowledge and skills.
• Interest in clinical pharmacy and desire to develop this further.
• Ability to work independently and be part of a team that is committed to providing quality, cost-effective and specialised care to our patients.
